Daniel M. Juechter, AIF® CFP® CWS® is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of our partner firm
Hunter Financial Advisors, Inc., a firm focused on providing a broad range of financial advisory
services. Dan has been in practice in the greater New York Metropolitan area since 1987.

Dan earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification from the College for Financial
Planning in Denver, Colorado. As a CFP® professional, Dan is committed to the highest standard in
personal financial advice. He has also received the Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS®) designation
administered by the Cannon Financial Institute which recognizes those individuals who have
completed thorough studies of the issues surrounding effective wealth advising and
comprehensively addressing clients’ wealth management needs. He has also earned the Accredited
Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from Fi360. The AIF designation signifies specialized
knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet
a defined standard of care.

Dan is a Series 6, 7 and 63 Registered Representative and a Series 24 Registered General Securities
Principal, in addition to being a licensed agent for life, health, disability and long-term care
insurance. He is an ongoing member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI), whose mission is to
ensure access for financial advice, planning and services to all.

Dan served as a trustee on the board of the Nyack Hospital Foundation for over a decade. He was
the founding president and is a trustee emeritus of the Foundation to Inspire Excellence in Nyack
Schools, a non-profit local education foundation. Dan is also a former Nyack School Board trustee,
having served two terms.

He is both an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Investment Advisers LLC as well as a
Registered Representative with Cetera Advisors LLC, a full-service broker/dealer catering to
independent financial professionals nationwide. Dan recently earned a Diamond Circle of Excellence
award in 2024 at Cetera Financial Group’s annual awards conference for the fourth consecutive year. This
award recognizes the accomplishments and leadership of Cetera’s top financial professionals. He
has been named to the Circle of Excellence for the past seven consecutive years.

Dan formerly served as Chairman of the First Allied Securities Representative Advisory Council
(RAC), working alongside his peers in addressing, and providing solutions for, the many challenges
and opportunities that affect the advisors in their firm and across the country.
When not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family... and occasionally plays
a little golf.
